Tartan Day 2024

In the USA, Tartan Day is an annual celebration of the contribution of Scottish Americans to the United States, as well as a celebration of Scottish heritage and culture.

Please join the Silver Thistle Pipes and Drums, Scottish folk singer Ed Miller, and the Hill Country Highland Dancers on Friday, April 5 2024, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, at The Rosette in the Baker School complex at 3908 Av B, Austin, Tx 78751. Doors open at 6:30pm.

Silver Thistle will feature a mini band and solo players with highland pipes, small pipes as well as traditional and alternative percussion. Ed Miller will entertain you with his authentic brand of Scottish folk music and banter and the Hill Country Highland Dancers will perform selections of highland and national dances.
