In the USA, Tartan Day is an annual celebration of the contribution of Scottish Americans to the United States, as well as a celebration of Scottish heritage and culture.
Please join the Silver Thistle Pipes and Drums, Scottish folk singer Ed Miller, and the Hill Country Highland Dancers on Friday, April 5 2024, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, at The Rosette in the Baker School complex at 3908 Av B, Austin, Tx 78751. Doors open at 6:30pm.

Welcome to a new aspect of our outreach to the Central Texas Area. We are hoping that our approximately monthly meetings will be a place where pipers of any level can get together to perform individually or in small groups, initially on bagpipes (highland, small pipes, etc.) but could consider whistles, flutes, etc. if there is sufficient demand and interest.
